Event Description
Matt Corino of Sugar Loaf Koi will be coming on August 16, 2009 to the
Long Island Koi Club BBQ. The meeting will be hosted at the home of Philip & Denise Gray. They have a 15,000 gallon pond and are located at 211 S Ocean Ave Freeport, NY 11520 Tel 516-967-4966 or 516-486-3807. Please RSVP.
Matt will be giving a short talk on selecting Shiro Utsuri followed by a question and answer session. He is also bringing
a selection of Koi for sale. Masaru Saito is offering 100 of his
best Jumbo 7-9˝ Showa tosai for selection. They will be priced at
$175 each. Anyone who purchases a Koi will be entered in a
drawing to win free airfare to Japan.
All MAKC members are invited to attend.
